Gear Rental Policies
General Policies
- Renters assume full responsibility for the equipment and associated accessories.
- Renters will be financially responsible for any loss or damage to equipment.
- Equipment must be returned clean and dry. Wet or dirty gear will result in a cleaning fee.
- Liability waiver will need to be signed upon gear check out. Also, renter will inspect gear with staff prior to check-out of items and upon the return.
Lost / Damaged Gear Fees
- While our rates assume some wear and tear will occur during use, renters are responsible for the cost of repairing any damaged equipment or replacing lost items.
- The lost/damage fee will not exceed the purchase price of the item.
- Damage fees will appear as a separate charge from the rental.
Late Fees
- Renters will be charged the daily rental rate for each day the equipment is past due.
