Jessica joined the FAU General Accounting team in June 2023 and is a proud Owl alumni. Before returning to FAU, she built her career in private accounting, serving as a Senior Accountant where she gained valuable experience in financial reporting and account management. At FAU, Jessica is recognized with proven strengths in account analysis, financial preparation, and guiding others toward success. She is deeply committed to expanding her expertise in the accounting field and plans to sit for the CPA exam in early 2026. Her current responsibilities include overseeing financial operations for the FAU Finance Corporation, Housing, and providing operational support to the FAU community.

Diana joined FAU General Accounting team in January, 2024. Prior to her role at FAU, she was an Accounting Manager in a public firm, where she gained skills in business finance management. Along with experience in healthcare accounting, Diana's passion lies in analyzing, and interpreting account records to compile financial information. She earned her bachelor’s degree in accounting from Iowa State University. At FAU, her responsibilities include general accounting operations and financial reporting processes.

Ilias joined FAU's Property Management department in September 2006 as a Property Manager/Data Entry specialist. Throughout his career, he has demonstrated exceptional dedication and proficiency, which has led to multiple promotions. His current position is Senior Property Operations and Asset Accounting Manager, where he oversees a broad range of responsibilities critical to the department's efficient operation. Ilias' extensive experience and meticulous attention to detail make him a vital part of FAU's property management team. A significant part of the department's success and continued excellence can be attributed to his leadership and expertise.

Tavares (Tee) joined the FAU Property Management department as a Property Manager-Surplus in September 2000. Through his unwavering dedication and outstanding performance, he quickly ascended the ranks, earning the position of Assistant Property Operations Manager. Currently, Tavares holds a pivotal role within the department, overseeing operations pertaining to surplus, warehouse management, auctions, scrap, and ticket systems. Tavares is completing his bachelor's degree at FAU as he is committed to excellence and achievement.

Gary joined the FAU Property Management team as a Property Manager in May 2015. Recognized for his exceptional skills and dedication, he was promoted to the position of Property Management Specialist in February 2023. In his current role, Gary is entrusted with crucial responsibilities, including conducting the annual physical inventory and asset barcoding for FAU's Boca Raton and Northern campuses. His meticulous attention to detail and systematic approach ensures the accuracy and efficiency of these essential processes.

Jamerson has been a part of the FAU Property Management department as a Property Management Specialist since September 2021. Jamerson previously worked as an Assistant Director for the FAU Ticket Office, where he acquired skills in operational management and customer service. His primary responsibilities include overseeing FAU's annual physical inventory, assisting with asset set-ups/deletes, auctions, and surplus operations to ensure accuracy and compliance. Jamerson continues to contribute significantly to FAU's property management operations with his diverse background and dedication to excellence.

Trecia began her career in the financial services industry, managing mid to ultra-high networth portfolios. She later transitioned to public service and has never left. Her dedication to the field has led her to teach finance and business courses at several higher education institutions. Trecia is currently serving her fifth term on the Community and Budget Advisory Board for the city she resides in and is a member of Pi Alpha Alpha. She holds a Master of Business Administration, has completed post graduate studies in accounting, and is currently a Ph.D. student majoring in financial administration and budgeting. Trecia leads the Treasury department, which comprises Cash Management, Cashiers and Settlement. 

Denize Grant-Downer

Denize joined FAU in August 1999 and currently serves as Settlement Manager for the university. She processes payments on behalf of all departments, including direct support organizations of FAU.  Denize holds an Associate of Arts Degree from Palm Beach State College and is working on continuing her education.
