Contacting Your Financial Aid Advisor

For immediate service during business hours, contact the Office of Student Financial Aid directly via phone or live chat.

Once Florida Atlantic University receives a student’s FAFSA, they are assigned a dedicated financial aid advisor.

Students can find their financial aid advisor’s name and email address on the Financial Aid Dashboard.

  1.  Sign in through myFAU using your FAU credentials.
  2.  Select FAU Self-Service.

  3.  Select Financial Aid from the Menu Options.

  4.  Select Financial Aid Dashboard.

  5. On the Home tab, you will see the name and email address of your assigned financial aid advisor.

Please allow up to 2 business days for a reply. During peak season, response times may extend to 5 business days due to high volume.
